I forgot something on destination, what can I do?

Sunweb cannot be held responsible for missing luggage. If you have forgotten something on destination, please contact us via lostandfound@sunwebgroup.com. Please provide us with a clear description of the lost object, the location where it was lost and your booking number.


We charge €30 administration costs for this, regardless of whether your belongings have been found or not. Any shipping costs are not included.
