Interrupted holidays
If you were on holiday and had to leave your destination early due to the outbreak of COVID-19, we call this unfortunate scenario an “interrupted holiday”. You will receive a Holiday Refund Note from us. You can use this Holiday Refund Note to pay for your new, replacement holiday. If you do not want to rebook and restart your holiday, you can request a refund. For more info, click here.
Renew your original Refund Credit Note and receive a Holiday Refund Note
If your holiday was cancelled due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances as a result of COVID-19 you will have received a Refund Credit Note. Your Refund Credit Note will have an expiry date. One month before your credit note expires, we will contact you to either arrange a refund or, if preferred, to renew your credit note to become a Holiday Refund Note. This holiday refund note does not hold the same financial protection as your previous Refund Credit Note. You can use this Holiday Refund Note to pay for a new holiday at any time. As soon as you rebook your holiday your financial protection is automatically reinstated. Or if you change your mind, you can also request a refund and will arrange the payment to you within 14 days.
