Will I receive a new refund credit note if my holiday is cancelled and I have paid for it with a refund credit note?

No, if your holiday cannot take place due to corona, you will not receive a refund credit note (again). 


When your holiday is unfortunately cancelled again due to the coronavirus, we always offer you two options: rebooking or cancelling free of charge. So you can rebook your holiday yourself or cancel your holiday free of charge. 


Exception: when you rebook your holiday to a cheaper holiday and you had already paid more than the new travel sum? Then you will receive a refund credit note for the difference between the old and new travel sum. From 3 months after the date of issue of this type of voucher you can request your money back.
