If there is a deposit required for your accommodation, you can check this in the overview tab of the accommodation page on our website. On the room description it is stated if a deposit is required.
You will get your deposit back when you depart as long as the state of your accommodation is approved. Please keep in mind that if you paid the deposit by credit card, it can take a few weeks before the reserved funds are released. This depends on the credit card provider.
Dealing with deposits is always between you and the accommodation provider. Sunweb has no influence on this and can therefore can not be held accountable for conflicting opinions regarding the deposit between you and the accommodation provider.
