Modified on Thu, 5 Dec at 12:57 PM

IBAN

An IBAN number (International Bank Account Number) is a number which you need for making or receiving international payments. You can find your IBAN number on your statement or you can use this tool.

Swift/BIC code

Every bank has its own Bank Identifier Code (BIC). The BIC code is also called SWIFT address or SWIFT code. Overseas banks need to have your BIC/Swift code to transfer money to your bank account. You can easily find your BIC/Swift code on the website of your own bank.
