My cruise itinerary has changed. Can I cancel or request a refund?

Both Sunweb and the cruise lines have the option to make a change in the itinerary based on compelling reasons. We are obliged to inform you of this in time. For example, one of the ports can change. This is not a valid reason for you to cancel the trip free of charge.


If the route is changed in a major way before the start of the trip, we will inform you. We will ask you if you accept this change and depending on the situation we will offer you an alternative. If you find both the change and the alternative offered unacceptable, you can cancel your cruise holiday completely free of charge.
