Is there medical assistance on board of the ship?

Modified on 07 Sep 2023

The international guideline is that every cruise ship with more than 100 passengers must be able to provide quality medical assistance to passengers and crew members. The medical assistance consists of diagnostic, stabilizing and therapeutic care with, if necessary, medical evacuation. Medical assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the medical staff speaks at least English.

You will be amazed at the amount of medical expertise and facilities on board. So you can rest assured that there is sufficient medical assistance on board should something unexpected happen.
