How can I cancel my entire holiday?

You can cancel your booking via My Sunweb or the Sunweb app. 


1. Click on 'View cancellation options'

2. Click on 'Cancel your entire booking according to the Sunweb Terms and Conditions

3. You will now see an overview of the cancellation costs (if applicable). If you really want to cancel your booking, click on 'Cancel booking'.

4. You will receive the cancellation invoice by email within 2 hours of cancellation. If there are any outstanding cancellation costs, you can pay this directly. If you do not pay the cancellation costs immediately, you can log back in at a later stage to pay. If you have an overpaid amount, we will refund the overpaid amount within 14 days. If you have (partially) paid for your holiday with a vouchers, Sunweb will reassign this amount to a credit note.
