You can cancel a self-drive holiday free of charge within 3 days after making it. If you cancel within this period, your deposit will be refunded within 14 days if it has already been paid. If you do not cancel within these 3 days, your booking becomes final.
Sunweb does not offer free cancellation on:
- Bookings made within 10 weeks before departure
- Flight packages
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to holidays booked with Sunweb, as these concern accommodation and transport services to be provided on a specific date or during a specific period. However, if you have made a booking from Sunweb's offerings via our website or Contact Center, you have the option to cancel your booking free of charge within the aforementioned period, provided your holiday meets the above conditions.
