What is the difference between a preference and a medical essence?

Modified on Mon, 3 Mar at 10:58 AM

A preference is a request you can select during the booking process. We do our best to meet special requests, but this depends on the accommodation’s cooperation. Please note that preferences cannot be guaranteed.

We can request an essential requirement for medical reasons. For example, if you have difficulty walking, we can ask for a ground-floor room. A medical certificate may be required. There is no cost for requesting an essential requirement. If you need one, please contact us. We will forward the request to the accommodation and inform you if it is confirmed.
