On your lift pass voucher, which you'll receive about a week before departure along with your other vouchers, you'll find the location where you can pick up your ski pass.
In destinations with a Sunweb rep, the rep will pick up your ski pass for you. In My Sunweb and in the Sunweb App you can find the information on where and when to collect the ski passes.
