How does the transfer work on arrival and departure?

Transfer on arrival at your holiday destination

When you arrive at the airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed at most destinations by our Sunweb reps or a local representative. They’ll let you know exactly which bus will take you to your accommodation.

Travelling with a smaller group? You might travel by shuttle bus instead. We do everything we can to keep your waiting time at the airport as short as possible.

Two days before departure, you’ll receive an email with useful tips and information about your destination, so you’ll know what to expect at the airport.

Transfer on departure from your holiday destination

One day before departure, from 2:00 PM onwards, the pick-up time and pick-up location for your transfer bus will be available in My Sunweb and in the Sunweb app.
