How does the transfer work on arrival and departure?

When you arrive at the airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed at most destinations by our Sunweb reps or a local representative. They’ll let you know exactly which bus will take you to your accommodation.

Travelling with a smaller group? You might travel by shuttle bus instead. We do everything we can to keep your waiting time at the airport as short as possible.

Two days before departure, you’ll receive an email with useful tips and information about your destination, so you’ll know what to expect at the airport. One day before departure you'll find arrival instructions in My Sunweb and in the Sunweb app.
