Submitting your request is easy: simply fill out the form available on our website, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Terms and conditions

* Valid only for package holidays (not for custom-made trips).

* Applies to our ski and cruise holidays.

* Only valid if you have booked a Sunweb holiday.

* The price guarantee is valid for up to 48 hours after you receive your booking confirmation.

* For ski holidays, include the cost of the lift pass in the price comparison.

* Additional services and products (such as extra baggage or insurance) should not be included in the price comparison.

* Requires a screenshot of the lower price (for ski holidays, two screenshots are allowed – one for the holiday and one for the lift pass).

* The following elements must match: number of people (including the breakdown of adults, children, and infants), flight, date, destination, hotel, room type, and board type.

* If you find a lower price, we will match it, and you will receive a £100 voucher for your next holiday. This voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue.
