Will I get my money back if my holiday is cancelled due to a negative travel advice (cash refund guarantee)?

Yes! If your booking is cancelled by Sunweb due to a negative travel advice, you are entitled to our cash refund guarantee. As soon as we are notified about your holiday being unable to go ahead within two weeks before your departure, we will contact you via email.


All refunds will be returned directly to your bank account within 14 days.
