What happens if I decide to cancel a booking with flights included?

All scheduled flights are non-refundable, meaning you won’t get a refund for the flight costs in your package. 


You may be able to claim cancellation costs through your travel insurance - please check your policy. If a higher deposit was paid for specific facilities or transport tickets that are non-refundable, these costs will be added to the cancellation fee.


You can cancel your booking via My Sunweb or the Sunweb app, where you’ll see the cancellation costs.
