If you request a cancellation via My Sunweb, in addition to the costs of non-flexible flights (if applicable), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
• Up to and including 43 days before departure: 30% of the travel sum
• Between 42 days (included) and 21 days (included) before departure: 60% of the travel sum
• Between 20 days (included) and 7 days (included) before departure: 80% of the travel sum
• From 6 days before departure up to and including the day of departure: 100% of the travel sum
* Your deposit is non-refundable, even if the cancellation charge calculated is lower than the deposit amount paid. If you have booked a holiday including flights, you will also have to pay 100% cancellation costs of the flight price. Sunweb does not offer free cancellations or the right of withdrawal within a consideration or cooling off period for flight packages. This is due to the services booked, accommodation and transport, a certain date during a specific period.
