What are the cancellation costs if I want to cancel my holiday?

Your cancellation costs depend on several factors. In My Sunweb, you can easily see your current cancellation costs without actually cancelling your holiday.


Here’s how to check:

  1. Log in to My Sunweb.
  2. Open your booking.
  3. Click on ‘View cancellation options’.
  4. Select the option ‘Cancel your entire booking according to the Sunweb Terms and Conditions’.
  5. Click ‘Continue’ to view your current cancellation costs.


Only when you click ‘Cancel booking’ will your holiday be officially cancelled.


How are cancellation costs calculated?

The amount you pay depends on:

  • If your holiday includes flights
  • How many days before departure you cancel


You will always pay:

  • Costs for the Premium Exchange Guarantee (if selected)


Good to know: if you booked with a free cancellation period, you can cancel free of charge within that time via My Sunweb.
